I found the levels in the monitor bar charts had not changed they were still showing half full even though they are filled to the top. I removed that set of cartridges to put the refilled ones back in. The ink monitor level indicated that they are 3/4 full but they are actually less than 25%. This time, it went through the charging cycle OK. I powered down then pressed charge again. When I pressed the ink charge button, the red light came on (normally indicates empty cartridges). I then pulled these cartridges and replaced them with a different (partially used) set.
I pulled the cartridges from the printer then put them back in - no change. I then made a few prints powered down & restarted - no change.
